Is your holiday season feeling a little strained?
Aromatherapy can help. I’ll show you how.
Real life is rarely like a holiday Hallmark movie!
If you’re feeling pressured to deliver the “perfect” holiday amidst all of your other demands, you’re probably wishing you had more time to enjoy or share your essential oils.
Listen in on this heart-filled chat where I’ll share:
- how I incorporate aromatherapy into my own family traditions — and how you can too
- how I teach children to use and enjoy essential oils safely
- my favourite uplifting and easy-to-use essential oils for the holiday season
- how you can use these and other essential oils for your own self-care, or for your loved ones as beautiful gifts
