  • Herbarium Projects - this entails the collection, drying, mounting and development of a corresponding materia medica on the aromatic herb(s).
  • Culinary Container Garden - this involves the planting of a culinary herb in a container garden and then making an extraction of the culinary herb.

Kat's own herbalism journey is distinguished by over 30 years of hands-on experience in teaching and practicing herbalism. Her passion to share has led her to author the book Energetic Herbalism, which has evolved into a trusted textbook in herbal schools over the past two years. Furthermore, Kat has dedicated the last four years to intense teaching and has curated a three-year clinical training program for 25 years.
